Welcome to HERDESIGN, Necessary Indulgences. Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoy looking at the designs I’ve created. I’ve had fun making these pieces and I know you will have fun wearing them.
I firmly believe that jewelry should make a statement, not a suggestion. A love of all things silver inspires the work you will see on these pages. Each design is either one-of-a-kind or one of a limited edition of no more than five. You don’t want to see the same jewelry on everyone else, do you? You are unique and your jewelry should be, too.
In November 2011 I had the opportunity to attend the wire work weekend in California again. This time I learned even more wire work techniques and increased my torching skills. Due to the insane escalation of silver prices over the last two years, I’m doing more work with copper. My work is taking a whole new direction and I plan to have these images on the website soon. I do hope that 2012 is the year you get to experience my new designs. Please check back again soon.
